MEDICAL DIRECTOR P/T
Ohel is seeking a Medical Director for our new
mental health outpatient clinic program. The appropriate candidate will train,
supervise and evaluate the medical team, including Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners.
The Medical Director will ensure implementation of up-to-date and relevant treatment
modalities and will develop a clinically relevant outcome evaluation process. The Medical
Director will interface with outside resources and will attend meetings, provide consultation
and engage in direct psychiatric intervention as needed. The appropriate candidate will have
experience in the medical and administrative oversight of integrated behavioral and medical

Ohel is seeking a
skilled a LCSW or equivalent to oversee the Ohel’s outpatient mental health
program’s compliance and quality improvement functions. Applicant will be a
member of the Clinic’s administrative team and shall direct and oversee the review of
progress notes, treatment plans and billing registry to ensure compliance with applicable
regulations. Applicant will run, review and summarize reporting on a myriad of issues
including use of modifiers, off site coding, family visits, crisis billings, cancellations,
no-shows, therapist use of time, late treatment plans and many other variables.
Applicant will regularly review and stay apprised of applicable regulations, draft
policies to be consistent with such regulations and provide ongoing staff training

Director will be responsible for data analysis in order to assess treatment outcomes, oversee
the ongoing coordinated and integrated approach to client care. In addition to ensuring the
ongoing implementation of the trauma informed care initiative, the clinical director will

CARE COORDINATOR FOR HEALTH HOME SERVING CHILDREN
Seeking a Care Coordinator to manage the care of children
enrolled in OHEL’s Health Home program serving Children. The Care Coordinator will assess the child’s physical, mental
health and social services needs and will be responsible for developing an integrated plan of care, working collaboratively
with medical, behavioral, educational and social service providers. The Care Coordinator will also provide care coordination
and health promotion, transitional care and follow up, individual and family support, referrals to community and social
support services as well as the use of health information technology to link services. The position requires field visits,
including home, school, hospital and office settings. Candidates must have good writing skills, be well spoken, organized,
detail oriented and computer proficient. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field (Master’s preferred).
Experience providing direct services and/or case management services is highly recommended as is familiarity with serious mental
illness, chronic medical conditions, complex trauma or foster care.
This is a part time, leading to full time position that is located in Brooklyn.
RECOVERY SPECIALIST
Full-time position available for high energy team player to work as a Recovery Specialist within OHEL’s Kadimah PROS. Responsibilities
include maintaining a case load of 22 Adults with Severe Mental Illness and ensuring they successfully integrate into the community through one to one counseling and group sessions.
Additionally, the Recovery Specialist will be responsible for providing access to various community resources including mental and physical health professionals, rehabilitation, housing, and entitlements as well as provide crisis intervention when needed, including hospital admission and discharge support. Candidate will be required to maintain ongoing and timely documentation, program assessments, Individualized Treatment Plans and charting in accordance with OMH, Medicaid and HIPPA regulations and attend various team meetings and trainings. Strong computer, organizational and communication skills a must.
A minimum of 1 year working with the mental health population and LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or limited permit required.
SOCIAL WORKER – PCU (F/T)
